About me
Amy Thomas is a kindergarten teacher at Skyway Elementary, with ten years of experience in elementary education. After beginning her career in special education, she found her passion in kindergarten, where she creates engaging, research-based learning experiences that help students become confident thinkers. Amy serves on her district's Design Team, is a School Teacher of the Year, and is a member of the 301 Cohort. She is also the creator of Miss Amy and Me, an educational resource designed to help children develop literacy through stories, movement, and meaningful connections.
